Because client safety and strict product hygiene are our absolute top priorities, we are unable to accept returns once an order has left our facility.

Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase. We are happy to modify or adjust your items before your parcel leaves our hands, but once it is fulfilled, no changes can be made.

All items are thoroughly inspected for quality before leaving the IsoLash Co. facility. Any damage that occurs during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We ask that you examine all goods immediately upon receipt and contact the carrier directly to report any transit-related damage.
