You are a certified, trained, and licensed (where applicable) professional lash technician.
Our products—specifically chemical liquids and adhesives—are intended solely for professional application and are never to be used for self-application or retail distribution to untrained consumers.

SECTION 7 - CROSS-BORDER CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For customers located outside of Canada (specifically the United States): Orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. All estimated customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are calculated and collected dynamically at checkout. By completing your purchase, you authorize Iso Lash Co. and its designated shipping carriers to act as your agent to clear the items through U.S. Customs and Border Protection and remit these funds on your behalf.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
