Welcome to IsoLash Co. We are dedicated to providing premium lash supplies to professional artists quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 days after receiving your order confirmation email. (unless contacted otherwise)

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.

  • Please note: Ordering during major product launches, sales, or holiday seasons may slightly extend processing times. We appreciate your patience!

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

We ship coast-to-coast across Canada using trusted carriers (including Canada Post, UPS, and DHL) to ensure your liquids and lash trays arrive safely.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your province.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for urgent restocking needs (typically 1–3 business days).

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We also offer Free Standard Shipping on Canadian orders over $150.

3. United States Shipping & Customs (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP)

We love our U.S. lash community and aim to make cross-border ordering completely seamless.

  • Zero Surprise Fees: All orders shipped to the United States are sent via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

  • What this means for you: All applicable U.S. customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are calculated and collected directly at checkout. The total you pay at checkout is final. Your package will clear U.S. Customs automatically, and you will never receive an unexpected duty bill or delivery charge at your door.

  • Delivery Times: U.S. shipments typically arrive within 4–8 business days (Standard) or 2–4 business days (Express).

4. Local Pickup & Local Delivery (Winnipeg Area)

For our local lash community here in Winnipeg, Manitoba, we are happy to offer completely free local options to get your supplies straight to your salon or doorstep without the wait.

  • Free Local Delivery: * We offer Free Local Delivery to all addresses within Winnipeg. There is no minimum order value required and no delivery fee at checkout.

    • Delivery drops are made on the next or same day (unless contacted otherwise). You will receive a text or email notification when your order is out for delivery.

  • Free Local Pickup: * Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

    • Your order will typically be ready for collection within 1–4 hours / same day.

    • You will receive an "Order Ready for Pickup" email containing our precise pickup address, available time slots, and instructions. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.

5. Keeping Your Liquids Safe (Weather Advisory)

Because professional lash adhesives, primers, and bonders are highly temperature-sensitive, medical-grade liquids, we package them with extreme care.

  • Extreme Winter Cold / Summer Heat: During periods of severe weather, we may pause shipping over weekends to prevent liquids from sitting in unheated/uncooled postal transit vehicles.

  • We highly recommend tracking your package closely and ensuring someone is available to bring your package inside immediately upon delivery to protect product integrity.

6. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to populate.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window provided in your tracking link, please contact us at [Info@isolashco.store] with your name and order number, and we will happily look into it for you.

7. Wrong Address / Refused Shipments

Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the cost of re-shipping the items.
